Will I get as much from the remote session and energy infused artwork / recording / music frequency recording as I would have  from the live sessions?

Absolutely. This Divine Energy transcends time and space, making the remote sessions just as powerful and potent as live sessions. The energies are embedded into each recording, ensuring that the results you receive from attending the live calls are the same as when you watch the recordings.

Many clients have shared that they still listen to/ watch the recordings from 5 or 10 years ago and continue to experience dramatic shifts.

Give yourself extra love and compassion during this time. Be gentle with yourself. Listen to a guided meditation for grounding, drink plenty of water, and spend time in nature or imagine being embraced by Mother Earth.

You might also find solace in journaling or creating art. If needed, you can ask the energy to slow down or request your body to integrate without physical symptoms.

Self-nurture and self-care are very important as you go through deep energetic integration. Remember to honor and trust this process.
